About Choppy Somjee
I didn't arrive at men's health through a textbook. I arrived through my forties — through losing a business, nearly losing a marriage, and having a one-and-a-half year old at home while the floor gave way.
In the rubble of that period I did what I now do with every client: I ran every test I could on myself. I assessed my hormones, my metabolic markers, my cardiovascular function. I worked with therapists who understood men. I immersed myself in the science — Huberman, longevity research, nervous system regulation, Internal Family Systems.
Nobody gave me a coherent map. So I built one. First for myself. Then for my patients. That framework became Version Health.
I'm a clinically trained integrative osteopath with a GP partner providing medical oversight and prescription pathway. What I offer isn't available from a PT, a nutritionist, or a GP working alone. It's the integration of all of it — built around your data, your biology, and your goals.
